Happy New Year!

I hope you had a wonderful end of 2011 and rang in 2012 doing something fabulous. Like spending it with your bestest friends....

 

Or consuming Champagne in some unique way....


I personally made this recipe for Champagne Cupcakes for Two. And yes, I baked them in jars. Right. In. The. Jars. At 350 degrees.


I frosted them with my own almond orange buttercream frosting concoction. Then I put the lids on them. Stuck them in the cooler.
 And went for a big hike...

Here's to 2012...may it be full of adventure...and cupcakes. And best friends.
